I made a zero-waste swap from kitchen roll to machine-washable, reusable cloths which I’m storing in a jar which I lost the lid of lol. The cloths were old cleaning ones which I don’t use anymore so thought I’d use them for this! I’ve also read about people cutting up old tea towels or clothes and used them as a kitchen roll substitute.
I don’t know if it seems like it will make a big difference to the environment, but surely every little helps; using cloths will use less resources + cut down on waste, so it must be worth a try!
Will let you know how I get on using them :-)
